Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of DiamondReps (“the Service”), operated by DoDiDe LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on your own behalf. Athletes must be at least 13 years old; athletes aged 13 to 17 may use the Service only with the permission and involvement of a parent or guardian and a coach, as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

DiamondReps is a coach-to-athlete training delivery tool. Coaches build programs and assign them to athletes; athletes view and log their training. The Service is provided to support training organization — it is not a substitute for professional coaching, medical, or health judgment.

3. Not medical or health advice — assumption of risk

The Service does not provide medical advice. Physical training carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. You are responsible for exercising within your ability and for consulting a qualified physician before beginning or changing any training program. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risks associated with training, and the Service, its operator, and any coach using it are not liable for injuries or health outcomes arising from your participation.

4. Accounts

Provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to see, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Your content

Coaches retain ownership of the programs and exercises they create; athletes retain ownership of the training data they log. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and (for athletes) your coach.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service or its users.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
