Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 22, 2026
DiamondReps (“the Service”) is operated by DoDiDe LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash). Coaches may add an athlete’s name and, optionally, basic profile details such as position.
- Training data — the programs and workouts a coach builds and assigns, and the sets, reps, loads, and effort an athlete logs.
- Limited technical data — standard information our hosting and database providers process to operate and secure the Service (e.g., request logs).
We do not collect payment information at this time, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.
2. How we use information
- To provide the Service — deliver assigned workouts, record logged training, and show progress to the athlete and their coach.
- To maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
- To communicate with you about your account or important changes.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who can see your data
- Your coach. A coach can see the athletes on their own roster and that athlete’s assigned training and logged progress. Coaches cannot see athletes who are not theirs.
- Service providers. We use Supabase (database and authentication) and Vercel (hosting) to operate the Service. They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
4. Children and youth athletes
DiamondReps is intended for athletes aged 13 and older. The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.
- Athletes aged 13 to 17 may use the Service only with the permission and involvement of a parent or guardian.
- A parent or guardian may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child’s information at any time by contacting us (see Section 8) or asking the athlete’s coach.
5. Your rights and choices
- Access & export. Athletes can export their data (profile and logged training) from the Profile screen in the app.
- Deletion. Athletes can permanently delete their account and all associated data from the Profile screen. You may also contact us to request deletion.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (for example, under GDPR or CCPA). Contact us to exercise them.
6. Data retention & security
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and database access is restricted by row-level security so users can only access data they are permitted to see. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
